Meet Stacey Kemp

Stacey serves on the Collin County Bail Bond Board and is Past President of the County and District Clerks’ Association of Texas. She serves on the association’s Legislative, By-laws, Records Management, and Conference City committees and previously chaired its County Clerk Policy Manual Committee.

She has also served on the Texas Judicial Committee on Information Technology, the National Association of County Recorders, Election Officials and Clerks, and as Co-Chair of the North Central Texas Chapter of Property Records Education Partners.

Stacey’s office actively sponsors charitable drives for canned goods, clothing, and school supplies benefiting local food banks, shelters, and school districts.

She is a Past President of the McKinney Sunrise Rotary and has served as Director of Community Service, Director, and Co-Director for Area V.

Stacey and her husband, Doug, live in McKinney and are proud members of First Baptist Church in Melissa. Their family includes daughter Christi, son-in-law Ronnie, three grandchildren, and one dog.

Stacey is a member of several Collin County Republican Women’s Clubs and has served on the Lincoln Day Committee.
